I need one customer service and one graphic designer who can do easy drawings to our customer.

We are neon sign dealer in Los Angeles, We get emails form customer with submission form what they want into custom neon signs. Followup the emails and designer makes the drawings according to customers want. Then take quote from vendors and give the price, Close the deals. I had a same service but people just can't continue by their own reasons. We have Google voice settings already so they can answer the phone from the customers too.
