An Opportunity has come around now to expand our Horizons Customer Service Team.
Whilst sharing the same values, systems and processes we are looking for a Customer service Administrator

The Role:

As a Customer Service & Sales Administrator, you will be joining a small, dedicated team and will be the first point of contact for our inbound sales team processing customer orders and responding to all form of enquiries via Email, Web and the potential calls.

Your day to day will include:
**Entering orders into our online platform (from emails, purchase orders)
**Data Entry Tasks (processing orders; various extra admin tasks)
**Helping customers with queries
**Advice on what to purchase
**Help to place an order
**Help with an existing order
**Additional duties and responsibilities as you grow

About You:

**Fantastic Customer Service Skills
**Ability to multitask and prioritise work
**Positive open minded attitude to learning
**Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively
**Ability to work proactively under time constraints
**Can use learn technology / software effectively and efficiently
**Previous Experience working with Australians will be highly regarded
**Ability to think outside the Box
**Well spoken English both Verbally & Written
**Excellent Phone manner
**Excellent Attention to detail
**Fast & accurate Data Entry skills
**Netsuite experience will be highly regarded

**This is NOT an outbound sales or cold calling role

Interviews will be conducted via Skype and you may be required to fill out a written test.
