JOB OVERVIEW

Here at Host Liverpool, we provide vacation rental properties for guests visiting the City of Liverpool (UK) via platforms like AirBnB, ---------- , TripAdvisor, Expedia and HomeAway.

But we do much more than that. We want our guests, clients, staff and strategic partners to enjoy their experience with us and understand that we're serious about goals and standards too.

Right now, we're looking for an administrator to guarantee the quality and accuracy of all our listings so that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience when booking with us - We hope our latest team member might be you!

Your main roles will include:

- Creating new listings on all platforms
- Use G-suite apps (forms / sheets / groups / gmail) to gather and distribute information about the listings
- Using the channel manager (Rentals United) to connect to more platforms
- Listing integrity: Making sure all information on all listings, across all platforms is displaying as it should to both guests and partners of the company
- Checking for incorrect calendar synchronisation and taking steps to resolve the issues
- Identifying and dealing with double bookings
- Identifying technical issues and working around them as necessary whilst taking steps to resolve them
- Working primarily in the background, alongside a customer service admin who will be dealing with guest queries and concerns.

Experience of having worked on platforms like AirBnB and ---------- will be looked at very favourably, as will experience in the hotel and hospitality ---------- addition to your core roles, you will be expected to have the following qualities:

- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Making sure all of our teams are communicating effectively in the context of your work
- Creating / updating Standard Operating Procedures for the work that you perform
- Being proactive about your own progress and productivity
- Solving technical issues and implementing workable solutions when any of our systems fail, or are down
- Working with a culture of accountability, ownership and willingness to succeed through further learning
- Working in an organised way with clear emphasis on deadlines and the need to track and quantify performance

Your written English should be exceptional, your communication style should be concise, friendly and logical. You should also be able to handle arithmetic on the spot, and have a sound understanding of ---------- ’s important that you understand the admins we already have working for us have their own job roles, and part of your initial training will be to understand what they do by undertaking their responsibilities for a while. This will provide the foundation upon which your role will be built

You must have the ability to remain confident, calm and quick under pressure and use initiative and common sense to achieve the goals of the business. A strong emphasis on systemisation, communication and written English will form a key part of your skill base.

Mon-Fri, 08:30 - 18:00 (47.5 hours)
