My name is Tim and I run a UK based online retail business selling artisan honey sourced from beekeepers all around the world in the remotest of regions.

I'm looking to take on a friendly, proactive assistant to help me manage the day to day operations of my Shopify store.

We will agree flexible hours / salary / benefits to suit YOU.

We are a long established business specialising in the niche of honey. We are based in the UK, as are most of our customers, but we do ship worldwide.

My passion for honey stems from a trip to the Spanish Pyrenees in about 1997. Since then I have dedicated my time to finding the best honey the world has to offer.

We are a small team (currently 3 people) but looking to expand and double in size over the coming 12 months.

Your role in this growth will be instrumental, and I do hope you will become a key member for the long term!

----- Your role in this job -----

- Your role will be heavily operations-based and your day to day tasks may include:
- Creating and managing surveys in Survey Monkey
- Scheduling email broadcasts via Klaviyo
- Managing user profiles in Klaviyo
- Customer care and problem resolution
- Creating and updating Amazon product listings
- Stock checking on Amazon
- Reporting on email / order metrics
- Stock checking in Shopify
- Updating products and collections in Shopify
- Working with wholesale order and stock order spreadsheets
- Managing the stock ordering process
- Liaising with suppliers
- Keeping track of accountability and KPIs
- Researching potential wholesale trade prospects

----- Your pay and benefits -----

- I currently have a budget of £400 / month. This will increase substantially in the next 6-12 months once output is proven and the business is growing.

- Hours may be part-time, full time or somewhere in between. I believe more in the quality of your work than the number of hours you're sat at the computer!

- All 20 odd Philippine Holidays as PAID leave.

- Additional paid holiday leave will also be agreed once you pass the 1 month probationary period

- Work when it suits YOU. I am open to flexible working hours between 10am - 10pm Philippine Standard Time most days. Earlier flexi-time (while I'm asleep!) will also be considered with reasonable advance notice if we do not need to communicate on any given day.

- Paid sick leave will also be given after a probationary period of 3 months following employee review.

- You'll also be trained up in various key skills, which will be great for your CV... although we hope you enjoy working with us enough not to leave!
