Flyer Designer and Miscellaneous Design Work

We are looking for someone on a per job basis to do various tasks. Here are some of the items that I may need to create, feel free to give me prices on doing each of the below items (make sure to think about changes and revisions since there will be stuff to change from the first draft):

JPEG recruiting flyer to be used for emailing

960 x 360 Slides to be used on Flash slideshow on our website

JPEG property flyer to be used for individual property listing (single page JPEG)

Tri-fold Brochure to be sent for printing

I would like to have someone who can be creative. I need you to think on your own with my ideas and make a great design.
