Can You contact suppliers and get a list of products with the UPC codes

I am looking for someone who can contact suppliers in the USA through emails and/or phone to obtain their list of products. You will send emails to these distributors and manufacturers seeking the CSV file. I will choose from this list of products items of which I will sell on Amazon.com.
