Full Time Experienced Shopify Manager

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company and our team is looking to expand. We are seeking a full time experienced VA with knowledge of Shopify, Customer Service, Products Research and Videos Editing.


REQUIRED SKILLS:
* You don't mind working long hours and being flexible.
* You can multi-task, you will need to be able to handle a lot at one time without cracking under pressure
* You are highly organized, and detailed oriented wanting long-term employment.
* Self-motivated and easily reachable ---------- Skype or other social media.
* You must speak and write English very well.
* You are resourceful and can research answers to questions
* You can coordinate with other team members


ROLES:
• Customer Service: Responding to all customer questions/concerns over email, Facebook and our Website.
• Research high demand, hot social trending, viral products to sell
• Adding Products to Shopify and Optimize the sale page
• Fulfilling orders through Shopify
• Emailing purchase orders to suppliers
• Submit Tracking numbers to PayPal
• Product Videos Editing
• Advertising and social media marketing background is an asset

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Hours: Full-time position. 7 Hours a day / 6 Days a week
- Work time is based on UTC+1 Time Zone.
- Salary: $200/mnth
- We pay bonuses for great work
- We give pay increases based on performance
