You will use a script to call people who are (or maybe) interested in selling their homes.
Set up an appointment with those who are interested.
Fill out an information sheet on them.
Send information to me via email.
Put those not interested now or you can not reach in a database.
This will start off as a part time job and grow into a full time job for the right candidate.
Requirements to Apply:
You must have real estate sales call experience.
You must be able to start work at 8 am EST.
You must be able to make 200 calls a day.
You must be able to integrate a script into a conversation.

Perfect Candidate:
Someone who has done this and had success with setting 3 appointments a day with prospective home sellers.
