iOS developer

I have existing iOS app. I just want you to edit the app. Minor edit like changing icon and disable edittextbox. Etc. And some 'Settings Textbox' values to be save on database for future use.
You should be able to upload the app on the apps store with your own certificates/ID as apple developer.
