we will be looking for someone who has management skills and can easily handle working with many people and many sites. daily and constant communication is a must. we will be looking for someone who works at a fast pace and communicates well. you do not need all the skills that i have checked below, but you need to know how to get someone to do these and integrate what is necessary to the projects

to web programming: creating programs custom for our need and clients

Full time position. Pay will start at $300 USD a month, payable every 2 weeks after work is complete, with complete control.
Pay will increase after 6 months and will double after one year, and thereafter as well...
