- You must be prepared to work 8:30 am - 5 pm Canadian time. If you don't think you can work these hours, then please don't apply.
We already have two female VA's, so we are looking for two male VA's with for this position.
- Answering emails that are coming in for our online orders.
- Being a fast learner is important.
- We provide all of the training but part of your job is to make sure you know the material.
- Data input
- Daily correspondence with our office.
- You must have a reliable computer, web cam, speaker, Skype and internet.
- For now it's all email and none verbal communication with clients. But it would be great if you spoke English well. This opens more doors to possibly have you calling a few clients here and there (not cold calling).
- Some knowledge of the Telecom industry would help but is not necessary.
- English writing skills and interpretation is a MUST.
- We are looking for someone long term.
Experience in calls centres or customer service through email is an asset.
