Our two e-commerce consultants, Benny and Mark are looking for a PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME marketing campaign manager who can create Sponsored Products Ads and Headline Search Ads on ---------- and occasionally on other Amazon websites in other English-based marketplaces. Occasional Google AdWords campaign setup and management may also be needed.

This job will include taking already-specified groups of products and setting them up as ad groups; researching the keywords that will yield the best results for each ad group; creating campaigns for one or multiple product ad groups; setting bids on keywords; setting budgets for the campaigns that meet the client’s overall ad budget; and monitoring keyword performance and changing bids, budgets and negative keywords in order to yield maximum sales revenue from clients’ advertising investments. We may also ask you to review a number of potentially-advertised products to determine optimal ad groupings.

You will need to analyze Amazon’s Search Terms Reports and other advertising reports, and also use online keyword research tools, in order to identify the best keywords to assign. You will also need to provide info/reporting of the changes you make, and provide a report on campaign performance (using an established report format) every two weeks. You will occasionally correspond with the client via an email alias we will set up for you, but most communication will occur through us, the consultants.

The ideal candidate will have...
• Very good to excellent American English language skills
• Experience creating and optimizing Sponsored Products campaigns on ---------- , including optimizing campaigns to below 10?OS
• Experience creating and optimizing Headline Search campaigns on ---------- , including optimizing campaigns to below 10?OS
• Experience creating and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
• An understanding of SEO and how search engine relevance works
• Experience doing keyword research, using online tools
• An understanding of keyword identification and optimization techniques and bidding strategy
• The ability to generate and analyse Amazon Advertising reports
• Past clients/employers for the above skills who could provide us with a reference or letter of recommendation directly via email
• Experience with and knowledge of the Skincare industry, Makeup and Personal Care, including knowledge about how to describe design details
• Attention to detail to be able to spot and correct discrepancies
• Experience using Google Drive, Dropbox and other online file storage tools
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including using Track Changes, Comments, and assigned tasks
• Ability to accurately estimate time needed to complete tasks
• Reliability to meet deadlines
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks as priorities shift, while still meeting deadlines
• Ability to estimate when a deadline is not possible to meet, and to let your managers know with several days’ advance notice
• Proactive communication with managers about any needs, roadblocks or issues with meeting deadlines
• Ability to track and report hours by job/client
