Need an experienced Real Estate VA, specifically in Wholesaling

It's a start up. Need to do everything. If you do not have extensive specific experience in wholesaling, which means: generating leads of distressed properties and list building or finding these type of sellers other ways, such as county records etc and finding cash buyers - all just generally speaking, then plz do not respond.
