We are currently hiring a customer service representative for our eBay drop shipping store.

REQUIREMENTS ?
1. Be fluent in English?
2. Have a friendly personality when dealing with customers questions?
3. Comfortable communicating via phone (if necessary) ?
4. Have prior experience as customer service representative ??

RESPONSIBILITIES: ?
-Responding to customer's messages in timely manner
-Cancelling orders
?-Processing returns, replacements and refunds?
-Resolving open cases
?-Following up with customer who left negative feedback and offering best resolution to win back customer and revise feedback.?????

PAY:
$2.5/ per hour??
