Kumusta,
First off we are not looking for simply an employee. We are looking for a long term family member to join our tight knit company. Someone who will grow with us and share in our success.
We are a materials supply company here in the US that is in need of a long term executive assistant and general VA.
Duties will include:
Craigslist marketing/ad posting
E-mails
General website updating
Spreadsheet and data entry
Product inventory updating
Product description writing
SEO
And much more...
Training will be provided for most new duties but we are mainly looking for a headstrong individual who can take a task and be creative with it and complete it on there own. We are, however, very nice and understanding people who can guide you while you learn in the beginning. We are a highly organized company and looking for someone who values organization, systemization, and optimization.
We use an online based project management system so you will have an easy to follow task list to complete every day and throughout the week. The initial task will be simple craigslist ad posting.
Payments can be arranged via payments.ph – we will provide you with a debit card and reload it every week. Eventually we will move into monthly payments as we become more comfortable with you.
Prices are negotiable but please know that the sky is the limit with us. The more value you bring to the table and the more hardworking, reliable, and creative you are, the more you will be compensated.
This is not simply a job, we are looking for someone to join our family of employees for the long term.
If you are interested, please email me with subject line: “Virtual Assistant Application”
Prior to emailing us, please look at our website www.bundlebaths.com so you can get an understanding ofour business. Please read every page prior to emailing.
In your email I would like you to answer one question: What is it that we do at BundleBaths and how do you think you can help us?
Thank you for your time and hope to hear from you,
Glenn
