Website Development and Creation for Insurance Broker

Project work:
Create a website for my employee benefit insurance business. Include links to insurance carrier application forms, resource links, landing pages, squeeze pages, etc.
Responsibilities will include browsing other insurance brokerage sites for ideas to incorporate in the creation of my dynamic website. Responsible for also creating content and offering suggestions for SEO. Seeking a self-starter who will generate ideas to assist in creating the website that will distinguish my business. Graphic design experience for creation of logo and branding desired.
Payment will be project based, and then possible additional work for website updates and maintenance.

Please advise salary expectation for project completion.
