SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:
• Formulation and creation of social and digital marketing strategies and plans for brand(s) assigned to you
• Conceptualisation of promotional strategies and mechanics for that will drive increased traffic to the social media sites you are managing
• Creation of interesting posts and comments that would attract comments/likes/shares on Facebook or the blog
• Creation of contests based on given resources (prizes, vouchers will be provided) to attract new fans, likes and comments on Facebook or the blog
• Suggestions and execution of approved suggestions for better social media engagement
• Implementation of social media engagement activities
• Feedback/Regular communication to Client Servicing team and management for smooth execution of Client work
• Enhancements/improvements suggestions to marketing processes or templates used for better working efficiency for all

Requirements:
• Basic degree in any discipline (Business/communications preferred)
• Good spoken and written English
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Reasonable technical skills
• Ability to idealise, craft and execute marketing ideas, campaigns and content for social media
• Meticulousness and perfectionist tendencies
• Independence, yet ability to work in a team environment
• Strong drive, ability to work at a fast pace and be result-oriented
• Initiative and desire to value add to people and their business
• Pleasant personality and willingness to communicate with people at all levels
• Resourcefulness
