We take a Human Approach to connecting Talent and help individuals to find and secure their dream Upgrade to see actual infow in its 5th year our business is continuing to grow and due to expansion, we need an experienced Remote Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
You will be building talent communities for our clients.
Attracting candidates to our vacancies.
Engaging with and building relationships with candidates daily.
Being a Human Recruitment Consultant is challenging and an exciting role, which involves:

-Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates;

-Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media (e.g. social media, generic/specialist job boards;

-Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates;

-Preparing HumanDNA(TM)* and correspondence to forward to clients;

-Briefing candidates about the responsibilities and culture of the job in question;

-Organising interviews for candidate as requested by the client;

-Informing candidates of the results of their interviews;

-Requesting candidate references and checking the suitability of applications;
