Real Estate Facilitator

Self starter with excellent English and computer skills needed. Will learn two real estate techniques through online self paced training. Will learn to use www.reiblackbook.com real estate platform, and marketing tool through online tutorials. Will gather data and market to property owners as well as buyers and renters. Will receive and collect data on marketing responses. Will receive and collect property data, will need to be familiar with Craig's List email and phone extractor software, will need to be familiar with www.voiceshot.com platform, and will need to be familiar with Skype phone services and google voice messages.

You will determine your work flow and processes and document in a training manual. You in turn will then teach and manage others and receive higher pay. Plus, a bonus for the completion of the training manual.

I understand that all this may need to be learned. This is why a quick learner and self starter is needed. I do not want to micro manage you.
