Creative T-Shirt designer

We sell T-Shirts and further merchandise on POD platforms like Spreadshirt and look for a reliable creative person delivering quality designs. We are looking for a long-term relationship.

Your skills
* English and/or German writing and speaking skills
* Multiple years of experience in T-Shirt related graphical design
* Good typographical understanding
* Comfortable with Skype, Google Sheets and other basic software
* Good internet connection and crash-proof computer
* Sound understanding of copyright and trademark laws and how they apply to image, design and intellectual property
* The main markets will be Europe and the US, a good understanding of western culture is benefitial. E.g. by watching Hollywood movies, Netflix, TV shows

Your tasks
* You'll get detailed descriptions, a style-guide and sample illustrations
* Your job is to remodel the ideas we give to you. Mix it with your flavour and make a nice looking graphic for T-Shirts aso.
* The T-Shirts designs may contain Text or Graphics or both.
* Create around 20 designs each week

Your responsabilities
* Designs & typography do not violate copyrights
* Designs are not copied from external sources like pixabay
* Designs are not shared with other people

Our offer
* You can schedule your working time freely during the week
* Long-term relationship for a couple of years
* Regular monthly payments
* Bonus payments and salary increases are possible depending on work quality

Please send us your portfolio and Skype-ID. Afterwards we will provide you with an sample design challenge where you can prove your creative skills and a own unique design. If everything works out well, we will be in regular contact afterwards and have a great working relationship.
