About you:
Ability to speak and write near-perfect English.
Ability to work 9AM-5PM EST Monday- Friday and every other Saturday
Experience with Help Desk and CRM technology
Experience with Ring Central
Ability to follow the process, ask questions when you don't ---------- tail orientated
Able to follow up and set reminders to do so.


Job duties will include but will not be limited to the following

*Handling maintenance requests according to our guidelines
*Entering notes on phone calls from tenants into our software system
*Entering maintenance requests into the system
*Processing maintenance requests
*Sourcing new vendors
*Managing vendor relationships
* Training vendors in the use of our system
*Training tenants in the use of our system
*Ensuring vendors follow our processes
*Keeping follow up notes
*Assisting the property manager and operations manager as needed
