Guest Post Link building and content writing (only writers can also apply)

I am looking for a Virtual Assistant who is able to build guest post links from highly relevant sites with good stats and is able to provide atleast 30 of those links per month, and is also able to write content for the articles.

Some one with good experience in guest post link building with proof will be prefered.

While I'm also looking for some one with excellent writing skills for writing content and ability to use wordpress for posting/formatting (not required)
