JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

* Receive customers’ orders via email, voicemail, and/or call for processing online
* Review and check all order requests before processing
* Services existing and new customers for their sent order/s
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
* Achieve sales targets and outcomes within deadline
* Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
* Process and submit orders using the online tool provided by the client
* Ensures all order requests are processed accurately
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader

Requirements:

* At least 1-year of experience in Telemarketing or Sales Support (B2B/B2C) is required for this role
* Graduate of any 4-year course or at least with 2 years of experience in Telemarketing or Order-Entry
* Must have high level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Must have excellent communication and typing skills
* With advanced knowledge in MS Office
* Willing to work in Mandaluyong/Ortigas area
* Amenable to morning/mid shift and weekends schedule
