Receptionist VA / Appointment Booker Beauty Salon

I'm looking for a VA who can manage my client enquiries. Enquiries come through:

Email, Facebook business page, Instagram DM, telephone text message and calls.

Managing my i.calendar and booking appointments.

There is only around 0-15 messages per day with similar conversations about booking cosmetic tattooing procedures. Training is available. Social media monitering.

I'm looking for a friendly, strong communicator, can solve problems and fast at replying to messages.

Other tasks that I have in mind:
- Graphic design for promotional images, price lists
- Follow up with personal emails
- Facebook & Instagram advertising
- Bookkeeping
