Video Editor for Screen Recording Tutorials

I'm an internet marketer and I do a lot of tutorial videos where I demo softwares. I want someone who is familiar with adding annotations to videos.

This could include...

-Zoom in
-Isolate key points
-Blur backgrounds
-Show mouse cursor
-Add text overlays

The person should be able to follow along with the video and pinpoint ways to make it more easy to follow along with.

This employee will not be micromanaged but will be expected to produce quality work.
