Multiple Web Site Management position

You will be working for the sole owner currently living in Australia. The owner is unable to offer any assistance in these areas, and you will have the full responsibility of setting up this online business.

Applicants must have management skills in setting up a new business, doing research associated with the products and preparing a business plan. The business plan must include Target Customers, potential markets, all types of revenue opportunities and potential incomes based on a 5 year plan.

Applicants must be confident they can penetrate the existing internet structure to present new software applications related to personal finance, Forex Trading and personal Security.

They need to have a thorough understanding of web site development, marketing and maintenance with the skills to employ specialists in this field as required. Ie: Web Design, Security and optimization.

A solid understanding of social media marketing in all platforms is an advantage, they will be required to hire specialists in these areas to support the marketing strategy.

Once a plan and strategy has been approved, the applicant will be fully responsible for its implementation on a day to day ---------- is estimated the market research and planning will take 4 weeks, 20 hours per week. Implementing the web sites and finalizing the products could take another 4 weeks (20hrs/wk)

Once the projects are set up and running, the time required to manage them will be proportional to client interest and sales, and payments will be made accordingly.

We have allowed a substantial % bonus structure based on revenue, to be initialized once the Business Plan has been established.
