JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a General Manager who is well experienced and reliable in handling a company, making business plans and strategies by using the best practices found in Mike Mann’s book www.MakeMillions.com, www.BestPracticesGuide.com and by keeping in mind the 2013 Business Model for all the companies under Mike Mann, which includes ProHR.com LLC.



QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3 years management experience

Has experience in working for a trade publisher or as a vendor in this market.

Technical competence (working knowledge of EPUB and other eBook formats, reading devices, metadata and HTML5)

A business management or marketing degree is a plus

Must be located in the Philippines.

Must have superior PSDM (problem solving and decision making) skills and conflict management abilities.

Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and vernacular).

Technologically adept and has the initiative to learn new skills.

Able to accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising and merchandising in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
