Tshirt Designer

Hi I have a startup E-Commerce / MBA store. I am looking for a T-shirt Designer Freelance. I will pay per approved design. I will provide an Idea and Details the designer that I may hire will provide the execution. This may be a long term project in the future if everything goes well. I may require portfolio for my initial viewing and price per design may vary based on my preferred style per design.
