Customer Support for ONLINE COURSES with CELEBRITY and INFLUENCER

Hello, we are looking for a hard working, self reliant candidate to join our expanding team in a full time position, 7 days per week. we will start off with three hours a week, but can ramp up.

Duties will include customer support via the grasshopper software, selling courses to customers request in support emails and live on the webinar. We will prioritize people with extensive sales experience.

Your customer support duties will include:
-Answering basic customer questions regarding their orders on Grasshopper
-Fixing issues with their orders including cancellations, address updates, returns, etc.
-Communicating with marketing team to re-order products that never make it to customers
-Keeping customers happy!

Your sales duties will include:
-Joining live webinars to fulfil customer needs and sell them on the course
-Knowing how to properly sell a course to customers
-Communicating with marketing throughout the process
-Mimic the communication style of the celebrity (#1 Influencer in his space)

Other VA Tasks may include:
-Creating email campaigns
-Posting to social media sites

Software We Will Be Using:
-Clickfunnels
-Grasshopper
-Slack
-Aweber
-Google drive

Candidate must be self reliant and make their own decision on how to handle the customers most of the time.

FLUENT IN WRITTEN ENGLISH IS A MUST. Do not continue further if you aren’t able to pass a english test just like a bilingual would do.
