Customer Support & Love - Full-Time Support Role

We are looking for an incredibly competent (and awesome) individual to help us deliver great customer service, by email and social media channels.

We provide awesome personal growth tools to the world, including the promotion of meditation to productive people. We have a strong catalog of products, and we need someone GREAT to help support them!

This will be a full-time role, 7 hours per day minimum, working the graveyard shift from your home.

You will use that time to provide email and chat support, as well as other key tasks.

You will need to have *100% amazing* English skills. The slightest typo or grammar kink is going to drive myself and our customers crazy. If you can't get this absolutely right, please don't expect to be on the team.

You will also need to be relatively technical, and preferably hold liberal and scientific life views, owing to the nature of the products involved.
