Lead Generation/Appointment Setting

I'm in the process of starting a Digital Marketing Agency here in Ireland,
First i'll be selling 12-15 page website's to business owners who don't have a website,
These website's i'm prepared to even give away FREE(If possible!) but charge monthly hosting
fee's $35.00/mnth just to get them on board as customer's and up-sell them later.
I will be working with a VA and you will contact business owners everyday(with my help finding prospect's)
setting up appoinment's for me each day here in Ireland(5 per day),with the hope's of me closing 1 sale per day.also i will want you to advertise in online Platform's(Classified's),
Of course i will be offering more service's to business owners but we must start on the ground floor.
