We are looking for young motivated people, determined to succeed and overdeliver the expectations.
They will join our Online Marketing efforts as webmasters and/or virtual assistants within the "WP IM Team".

This is a dedicated work from home position, starting either as a per project or part time job, but seeking to offer a full time position to the best suited, dedicated and hard working candidates.

The WP IM Team will have 2-3 VAs at once, each having specific tasks to perform.
However, as a Webmaster your main job consists in any tasks related to setting up and managing niche websites based on the popular (self-hosted) WordPress CMS php script platform and the available Themes and Plugins for it.
In particular, the Genesis Framework (and its child themes) will be the foundation for the WP sites.

In addition, there will be tasks related to WP security and backups, server maintenance tasks, other relevant php scripts to add value to the websites (i.e. Forum scripts, stats scripts, link redirect scripts, shopping cart scripts, etc...), other server related operations (FTP, virus scan, MySQL DB maintenance, etc...).

The successful candidate MUST have fair communication English skills, an inner curiosity to learn new things, flexibility to (auto)adapt to new situations and decide quickly.

He/She will posses at least medium knowledge of generic Internet concepts and technologies related web development or programming languages:

* HTML and HTML WYSIWYG editors,
* email services,
* browsers and browser add-ons,
* WordPress and WP plugins,
* PHP
* MySQL
* Javascript
* etc…

They will be requested to provide portfolio of previous work OR alternatively to pass a working test where they will have to effectively install a WP script, a WP theme and a WP plugin, as well as to build a basic frame HTML page as per the specs given to them.

* English Language communication skills at least medium level: the candidate needs to be able to understand the tasks and explain the outputs/results – also the ability to write specs and help files would be considered a PLUS. Beware, no-broken English candidate will be accepted!

* HTML, CSS… above the average are compulsory!
* WordPress related knowledge especially responsive design and usage and customization of the Genesis framework could also be weighing in the final decision.
* PHP, MySQL & Javascript advanced knowledge is NOT a must - but would be a PLUS to be at least at the medium level to start with, though…

We are also looking for a Graphics & Media Master VA, for the same WP IM Team; in case you have the following skills, that would be a big plus:
* PhotoShop (or similar) PSD-editing software knowhow
* artistic 'sense' (please provide portfolio with art-work)
* video editing software, able to output short videos, slideshows, etc...

The candidates must have permanent Internet access, their own un-shared computer and the minimal necessary software for document editing, programming, etc…

When appropriate, they will receive additional licenses for specific software, or logins to online services – as needed to perform their daily tasks, but are expected to have their own legally valid developer licenses for the tools and language programming developer kits they are using.

During their regular working schedule, they must be always available through Skype and answer promptly (within maximum 15?) to any enquiry about their work, progress, next scheduled task, etc…

The hired VAs MUST have a PayPal account in their own name in order to receive payments and will have to issue invoices, prior to receive payment.
No payment will be released w/o a supporting invoice, no exceptions!

The successful candidates will have to provide daily reports on their progress and time schedules, as well as weekly reports and planning ahead the next tasks.

The reports will be delivered by email and other electronic means (Google Docs, Task Management/Scheduling Software, etc…)

In order to get the job, the candidates will have to pass a personal text/chat interview through Skype, that will basically allow us to assess their English proficiency, especially in written form.

IF this first interview is successful, they will get a test task to be done as quickly as they can manage, at their best possible speed accuracy and quality.

If this is finalized (and delivered), the candidate would get hired for a trial period.

The trial period of 2 weeks followed by an evaluation will be paid.
It could eventually be followed by an extended 2 weeks extra trial if need be, or directly by either the dismiss or the full time hiring of the candidates, based on their performances during the trials.

ALL our Virtual Assistants are paid according to their skill levels. Their income grows along with their proficiency.
Yours, as a Webmaster VA (WP IM Team Member) successfully hired candidate, as well.

For a FULL TIME 40 hrs / week job there will be also a 13th month salary for honest and stable people at the anniversary of each of their semesters (paid in half for each 6 months).

ALL the salaries start at $75/week and grow progressively in the first 3 months, along with their own growth inside the company, no matter what area of expertise or which department they are a part of…

Initially, payment will be sent weekly; once the salary is raised to the highest possible level, it will be paid monthly.

For this particular position, the maximum full time job salary would not exceed $350/month, but each VA is encouraged to become more qualified in additional horizontal domains and get a better salary, or work extra (over 40 hrs per week) for adequate extra compensation.

The webmaster position is best combined with the Graphics Master position. If you have graphics and media skills, you could almost double your salary!

Initially, there will be a part time or a project based trial, so the payment will be calculated based on the number of working hours needed for completion and will be agreed upon by both parties, prior to starting the work test.

The employer also offers bonuses when appropriate, for people with proven records of over-delivering on particular expectations.

ALL salaries are expressed in USD directly and the PayPal payments will be sent in USD, accordingly.
