JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsibilities

As a Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manager, you must be passionate and motivated to help us successfully grow our staff with "Rock Star" employees!

You will have the following responsibilities:

- Sourcing and filtering quality candidates as they progress through our screening process.
- Collaborating with other team members (Project Manager, Director Of Development, Marketing Manager) to gather job requirements.
- Creating job descriptions and publishing job posts.
- Conducting initial candidate screening.
- Ability to learn and integrate new software programs and tools.
- Keeping up to date with technological and software developments.
- Keen attention to detail.

2. Skill Sets & Qualifications

We are seeking top talent, so you must have the following skill sets and qualifications:

- Extremely strong organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple searches simultaneously
- Ability to learn new tool(s) and platform(s) as necessary
- Ability to adapt to our internal processes as necessary
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and be accountable in your work.
