Data Engineer / Scientist for data cleaning and wrangling (long term - multiple openings)

We are looking for Data Engineers/Scientists (remote - multiple openings) eager to use data cleansing and wrangling techniques that can help businesses transform volumes of data into actionable information.

You will be successful in this position if you
• Have a burning desire to clean and transform messy data into actionable insights
• Have experience interpreting data
• Have strong skills in SQL, understanding of database and field types, ability to write SQL queries
• Have reading knowledge of R and Python and have strong skills in one language
• Have knowledge of big data concepts like Hadoop, MapReduce, and HDFS
• Are keen to keep in touch with the latest advances in your area
• Have a hands-on attitude and are highly self-driven
• Bonus: Have experience with BI tools
