Graphic Design | High-End Women’s Fashion | Clean Aesthetics

Looking for an amazing graphic designer who has great aesthetics and understanding of color schemes to join our happy team. We want you to become an important role of our company and a friend.

30-40 hours a week, flexible hours, long-term (we invest a lot of time into you).
Pays $4-6 an hour, depending on skill level.

The most important part is we need someone who has a style that is clean, minimalist, fashion-forward and follows color schemes of the brand. We are a high-end brand and need to have everything look that way. (No funky colors, bad fonts, things that clash together)

Also must:
Must have an understanding of American & U.K. culture.
Have some experience creating designs that are fashion related.
Be able to create great website layouts

Preferred:
- You are a fashion & beauty enthusiast.
- Use instagram, facebook and other social media channels.
- Have fundamental understanding of marketing

You would be creating designs for:
Most importantly website layout, instagram posts (gifs, quotes), photo editing (color correct in photoshop or add filter we like to use in lightroom), paying attention and writing number four in your headline when applying, email marketing, flyers, facebook/instagram/google ads.

Have to be creative/experimental and bring new design ideas, finding ways to improve, without being told each time exactly what we want.

Really big plus if you have video editing skills and know how to use Adobe premiere and after effects. Also please let me know in the questions answered if you know photography.

Please answer these questions

What adobe suits do you know and how proficient are you on a scale of 1-10. Please be honest, proficiency does not equal ---------- nd a portfolio of your work (including any video clips if you have created that). Please point out what you are most proud of. Relevant work to what we need would be best. (So cartoon characters might not be the best thing to send us)
Most important please pick out 3 company websites and 3 instagram themes you think have a beautiful aesthetic. (Doesn’t totally have to be minimalist style) This is to show me what you think visually looks great and would strive to create.

We will test your skills for the first 2 weeks of working with us to see that your a good fit. This will of course will be paid. We have 2 other employees we hired from onlinejobs.ph and you will work under their instructions and hopefully become all good friends. =)

**Bonus - If you are really interested and want to show how you can go above and beyond, you can also include a short 2-3 minute video introducing yourself, your passions, your previous job experience.
