JOB OVERVIEW

Soluria is a dental technology start-up company that is looking for an administrative assistant who can also manage social media pages. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and be a team player. We are very laid back but we do expect top-notch work and enthusiasm about our products, brands, and overall company mission. Good work will always be noticed!

You will mainly be working with our director of digital marketing and social media.

What we need:

- Email management
- Meetings, calls, and scheduling
- Project & task coordination
- Social media management (posting, responding, uploading, organizing)

Some of the tools we use:
- Airtable (project management, scheduling)
- Slack (this is where we will be communicating)
- Zoom

Day to day tasks:

- Organize incoming emails by priority and summarize them on Slack in a conversation style.

For example, "Hello Hassan, you have two emails from Dennis. He wants to change the headline on the website. He also needs to schedule a Zoom meeting with you for tomorrow at 3pm".

Take appropriate actions on them after we've discussed. For example, some will be turned into tasks, some will be need to be responded to, some will be scheduled into meetings and calls. Give hourly updates, but understand when certain emails need immediate attention.

- Make sure all tasks are being inputted into Airtable and that I am on schedule with them. Remind me of task and project deadlines. Make sure emails are copied into the notes section of tasks that are associated with emails. Become familiar with my workflow and the Airtable software (It's very easy to use).

- Post on social media pages with scripts and respond to questions with a friendly and patient attitude. Forward all complex queries to me and get my input. Handle other social media tasks like uploading pictures, videos, and all other minor tasks. No ads management required at the moment.

Requirements:

- Strong English skills
- VERY organized
- Patient & friendly
- Understands how to use the software we use & can learn new software quickly
- Hard worker and determined
- Understands all the basics of social media like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
- Understands all Google products like Gmail, Google Calendar, etc etc.

These skills are a PLUS:

- Graphic design
- Social media ad management
- Web design
- Comfortable on the phone
- Other software like Hootsuite, Canva, Hubspot, Active Campaign

We want to find the right person and so we will start with a month to month contract and then work our way up towards longer contracts if we work well together. Best of luck!
