Full-time Filipino Web Developer

As a part of the Team you are expected to maintain excellence and commitment to quality in every aspect of your work. You will be required to work full-time and will be responsible for your own duties, producing daily/ weekly reports of activities and work closely with the team to ensure we’re succeeding together.

Responsibilities:

Writing well designed, maintainable, testable, efficient code by using best software development ---------- signing and implementing new features and functionality
Designing and developing e-commerce, specifically with Shopify
Conceptualizing original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
Deliver digital advertising tactics for landing pages to generate traffic and conversions
Create solutions for user interaction, interface design, website development, social media, mobile integration, and emerging ---------- rve as adviser in all areas of online technology.
Ensure adherence to and consistency of site architecture and brand ---------- liver the best technical implementations for our eCommerce - all rooted in acquisition, conversion and retention
Stay current on new technologies and market developments.
Performs other duties as assigned
Attend weekly catch ups online
Report to management team

Required skill sets:

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience in website and software-based development
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SASS,LESS
Deep, current knowledge of digital media, web platforms, web development, and design technologies.
Successful track record managing a large-scale website, mobile, social media, paid online, etc.
Basic knowledge of search engine optimization, specifically using the Google suite.
Creative problem solving skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Available to work days, nights, weekends and overtime.
Persuasive Abilities.
Solid time management skills.
Strong critical thinking and decision making skills.
Reliable internet connection
Willingness to grow and learn with the company.
Knowledge to the following tools: Shopify

Note: Hourly rate negotiable.
