Real Estate Assistant Needed

Im looking for a qualified assistant to handle a particuler daily activity. Looking for someone to find,identify, and tag properties in the MLS. Must have strong internet connectivity and be able to be online for eight hours at a time. Must be proactive in managing and communicating status of current pipleine at all times.
