Creative Social Media & Virtual Assistant

I am looking for an all-rounder who has a can-do-anything attitude.
We have a travel related website with numerous social media accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent English writing
* Design/editing, content creation, blogging skills will all be advantageous (please disclose any experience in these areas in your application)
* Experience using various social marketing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest)
* Photoshop and Lightroom skills are a big plus

A SUPERSTAR has the following SKILLS:
* Is a team player but can work autonomously without much supervision
* Must be a fast learner
* Be able to multitask and flexible
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Good time management, multitasking and prioritisation skills

TASKS will include but not be limited to:
* Grow Instagram + Facebook accounts (increase followers and engagement)
* Manage all Social Media accounts
* Post on several Instagram accounts
* Post on Facebook page
* Upload Youtube videos + plus research optimized titles and descriptions
* Post on Pinterest + design Pinterest pins (together with our designer)
* Answer comments on all Social media accounts to increase engagement
* Organize and book trips
* Data entry
* Move content from old CMS to new CMS

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
* The pay will be $450 per month to start
* Will pay weekly
* Payment only via PayPal
* Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
* These are the paid holidays: National Heroes Day, Bonifacio Day, Christmas Day, Rizal Day, New Year's Day, The Day of Valor / Araw ng Kagitingan, Labor Day, Independence Day, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday
