IG/FB talent with some graphic design skills

Hello. I'm building up a marketplace for crew and boat owners. My past VA was successful in building up a good following on IG with now 6000 followers. He was also doing our FB representation and managing the website plus design some appealing ads. Ideal is if you have experience with Wechat and/or speak Chinese, but this is not a must skill.
