IT Support for E-learning school

We have an eLearning School. We need someone with LMS expertise, to act as a consultant LMS manager for us to:

Help our Student / Teachers log in, and take course
be available in real-time for trouble-shooting short response window/issues resolution…
To teach few hours a month our students the main IT topics. (Internet safety, using our E-learning platform, cloud storage…).
