Creating a Laravel Spark app that posts and gets info from HelpScout

Hello,

I would like to hire someone to create a Laravel web app. The app will be made with Spark ( ---------- ).

I need the app to integrate with the HelpScout API ( ---------- ). I would like to submit messages from my app to Help Scout. I would also like to display all messages from Help Scout in my app.

I have a working example currently in WordPress, but would like to make a Laravel/Spark version. I can do any design work/layout but need help when it comes to creating the functionality.
