Requirements from the role:
- Proficient with Amazon PPC, must be an expert at PPC ads from launching to optimising with experience
- Proficient with Seller Central
- Dealing with email responder/customer enquiries
- Able to communicate with Seller Support if anything happens
- Deal with hijackers & follow the proper protocols to get rid of them
- Deal with customer feedbacks/reviews/questions
- Manage refunds/orders
- Provide Stat reports of how each products are performing through Business Reports
- Inventory management
- Managing and creating email list from customers
- Creating excel sheets, data entry, macros
- Internet Speed Minium 10mbs
