Designer (for Shirts)

I need a competend designer.
You should design 5-10 Pictures per day.
For example I give you a idea or sth. like that and you make designs.
For beginning I pay you 0,5dollar/euro pro design. If you work is good, I will pay ---------- nd me a request if you have paypal and you are motivated.
