- Last salary at least P40,000/mo
- Proven work experience as a sales team leader/supervisor
- Preferably without life/pre-need selling experience
- At least 2 years in the present address
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proactive & Innovative
- Results-driven
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communications and leadership skills
- Organizational & time-management skills
