The role:
We are seeking a part-time professional to join a high-performing
The applicant must have excellent time management and organization skills, and be able to learn processes very quickly and follow directions precisely. Applicant must have excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, and must be able to work well under pressure. Working hours are very flexible but prefer ability to also work between 8am-6pm Central Time when needed. The role is part-time with option for full-time as skills progress.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Build and manage database of clients
- Customer Service support, follow up and resolution with clients
- Contact potential customers to offer product and services
- Perform lead generation research for different projects.
- Work with large databases of leads, contacts, and accounts.
- Analyze and collect data from different sources.
- Write sales call scripts
- Complete documentation process with clients
- Learn product menu and new product pipeline
- Research special events to promote our products
- Social media support
- Support in designing of ads and marketing material using brand guidelines
- Compare competition pricing
- Measure and report performance indicators in Excel
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- We are looking for a reliable individual (NO AGENCY PLEASE) with excellent English.
Requirements:
- Fluency in written English, exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word (formula building skills required)
- Very comfortable working in the cloud, using Google Apps
- Handle phone calls and all related correspondence
- Extremely detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Ability to do internet searches to find basic data on prospects
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies
- Leadership skills with the ability to lead projects and people
- Obsessed about growth and learning - always looking for new and better ways of doing things.
- Must be familiar with American Culture and references
