Web Developer Required to Manage Full Build Out of New Website

We are looking for someone to manage the full build and roll out of a new website. The website will be similar to Craigslist. The website will be of adult nature, so please indicate that you are comfortable with this at the beginning of your response.

You will be able to hire other developers/programmers to assist you in completing this project. The employment will be full time - ongoing.

You must indicate that you understand how to develop a website like Craigslist when applying.
Your salary will be negotiable based on experience.

Expect to interact mainly through email with daily work reports etc
