Virtual Assistant for new company

Looking for someone to help grow my house cleaning company. We are fairly new but growing rapidly and would prefer someone who is willing to grow with us. Our budget is minimal currently, but pay rate will be increased with company growth and VA performance.

Job responsibilities include:
1. Answering phone calls from potential customers.
2. Calling current clients and leads.
3. Booking services and scheduling employees using the Launch27 platform.
4. Responding to emails.
5.Documenting any customer interaction using our ---------- ndidates with Launch27 experience will be taken with more consideration, as well as candidates with a sales background.
