Virtual Assistant With Internet Marketing, Facebook, Infusionsoft, Internet Marketing, Linked In, Basecamp, Outlook, Google + and YouTube Skills.

Hi,
We’re a building business.
I need you to take over the day to day activities I list below with your skill set and passion for helping people succeed so that I can focus on what we do best – build houses.
I don’t have set tasks for you each day YET – that’s what you and I will need to develop if you start working with me.
It will be unstructured and ad hoc at the start, but I expect you to be clever so that you can pick up on what needs to be done, and then get it done.
It will take about 1 to 3 months to get everything documented and in place – then from there then from there you will have daily/weekly/month to dos
We have a website and a Newsletter and we market through YouTube, Linked In, 101 Design, Facebook and Google+.
I want to use Infusionsoft to capture leads and then market to with email campaigns and newsletters to move them into buying customers.
You’ll also be looking after my email inbox, Linked In contacts, YouTube Playlists, Facebook Page and Google +.
You’ll be my ‘go to’ person to handle all of the above.
I expect you to be switched on, passionate and committed to helping our business succeed – so that in turn – you succeed.
I’ll be using Basecamp.com to outline the work for you to do, and once you’ve done it, click off the ToDos.
If you have all of the above you’ll be a perfect match for this position.

You’ll need to be very clever in ‘googling’ answers so that you can work things out for yourself.
The key to your role is to get me out of having to be involved in the processes that you will do.
I need to be out of the day to day activities of the business so I can bring in more business for you to do.
The software that you’ll need to use, document and set up processes in are:
• Infusionsoft – we’re not using this yet, however intend to use this for CRM marketing the customer database (newsletters, promotions, email broadcasts) so your experience will be valuable for both of us moving forward
• Facebook – some researching for posts, and putting up posts I’ll provide material for eg on site phone videos, images etc, monitoring stats and gathering email addresses to add to my database
• YouTube – organising Playlists
• Google+
• LinkedIn – collating new invites and capturing email addresses to add to my database
• Basecamp

Your spoken and written English need to be excellent.
