Amazon/Kindle VA and Book reviewer

I'm looking for someone passionate with reading and writing, who is fluent in English. I'm working with several authors and they need beta-readers or reviewers and blog postings for their books/manuscripts. The budget is $3 and above for each book, depending on its length. This is a long-term engagement and I want someone who can submit on deadlines. If you have an Amazon account that can post reviews and purchase books, it is even better.
